Returns & Exchanges

 

At Booked & Blushed Book Co, we want you to absolutely adore your goodies. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Timeframe: Please reach out within 14 days of your order arriving.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and tucked safely in their original packaging.

Approval First: Send us a message via our contact page before returning anything—we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds: Once your return arrives and is checked over, we’ll process your refund for the item(s) (excluding shipping).

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any freebies or promotional goodies are not eligible for returns.

How to Return Your Order 

Send us a message via our contact page with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

Wait for our approval email before sending anything back.

Carefully package your item(s) in their original branded packaging.

If you have a tracking number, feel free to share it with us so we can keep an eye out 

Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

A Few Extra Notes 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend holding onto your proof of postage until everything is finalised.

Items must arrive back in re-saleable condition for a refund to be processed.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
